Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance & Business Development, the Sr. Coordinator is responsible for supporting the No Frills Business Development team in organizing and setup of all franchise transactions as well as store setup tasks. What youll do: Work closely with Sr. Managers to deliver various projects on time. Collaborate with Franchisees to ensure timely completion of business licenses, permits, banking setup, and insurance documentation. Assist in compiling of legal data and ensuring all legal packages are completed in a timely manner. Assist in the setup of franchise flips/openings, renewals, legal packages, loans, roadmaps, project presentations & communications. Manage projects and resourcing tools to ensure that workflows are setup correctly and all information is up to date. Assist in the gathering and analyzing of site details and financials as related to projects. Provide any additional project coordination services including leading special projects and ad hoc initiatives as required. What youll need: Minimum of 3 years relevant retail, operations or project management experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel Passion for operations and, Reflective of Loblaw CORE Values and Blue Culture A passion for problem solving and able to seek out opportunities for quick improvements Effectively communicate ideas and actions with confidence & clarity Adapt positively to a fast paced, constantly changing work environment Strong team player with self-discipline and motivation Salary: Hiring Range / chelle salariale lembauche :$52,000.00 - $71,500.00 / 52.000,00$ - 71.500,00$ (per year / par an).
