Aspen is a growing business looking for people with energy, drive and passion to contribute to our team. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our small team. This role reports directly to the head of Marketing and plays a central role in promoting our brand, creating content, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team through engaging and impactful marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Develop compelling written and visual content for digital channels, brochures, product sheets, and presentations. Coordinate event participation, including booth design, shipping, on-site set up and tear down, and post-event follow-up. Execute campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, maintain accurate CRM data, and support the sales team with timely, qualified opportunities. Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with our brand identity and tone.
