Job Description - Senior QA lead (255261) Job Description Senior QA lead - ( 255261 ) Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Pega QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of applications built on the Pega Platform . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional testing, automation, and validating business workflows in Pega-based applications. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for Pega applications. - Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and regression testing. - Perform manual and automated testing of Pega workflows, integrations, and UI components. - Validate case management, decision rules, and business processes in Pega applications. - Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues. - Perform API testing and integration testing where required. - Participate in test cycle planning, execution, and reporting. - Ensure application quality across environments including Dev, QA, and UAT. Required Skills - Hands-on experience testing applications built on Pega Platform . - Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing. - Knowledge of Pega case management and workflows. - Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps . - Good understanding of SQL queries for data validation. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman . Preferred Skills - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium . - Basic understanding of Pega rules, decision tables, and data pages. - Experience in banking, insurance - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Relevant Pega QA or Pega certification is a plus. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work in Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
