Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Security & Life Safety Manager for its 2M sq ft mixed-use complex in Calgarys financial core. You will oversee a team of over 30, manage security operations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position emphasizes risk management, effective communication, and training of security personnel to maintain a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of in-house and contract security personnel Develop and implement security policies and programs Communicate performance expectations and conduct reviews Supervise contract service providers for quality assurance Manage departmental training programs and cross-training initiatives Requirements: Ten years of security management experience Certified Protection Professional or equivalent designation Retail shopping mall security experience preferred Strong background in risk assessments Must hold or be willing to obtain a security license Enhance safety standards and operational efficiency as part of Cushman & Wakefield's management team in Calgary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
