Lead the Asset Protection team as a Supervisor at your district while preventing financial losses from theft and fraud. Engage in investigations and monitor associate behaviors to ensure store security. As an Asset Protection Specialist Supervisor, you will report to the District Asset Protection Manager and ensure your district achieves business goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring shrink performance, executing asset protection initiatives, and training associates on security protocols. Your analytical skills will be critical in investigating organized retail crime and maintaining a secure environment for both associates and customers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze shrink performance and identify theft trends Monitor associate behaviors through CCTV and reporting Implement AP initiatives like camera installations Conduct quarterly store walks for security audits Prepare detailed reports for law enforcement and HR Requirements: High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of Loss Prevention experience Minimum 2 years in customer service roles Valid security guard license preferred Capability to travel between store locations Drive performance improvements through effective asset protection and investigative solutions in your district. #J-18808-Ljbffr
