Lead Service and Parts operations as Fixed Operations Director with AutoCanada in Central Canada. This full-time position focuses on hands-on leadership and driving profitability across locations. In this leadership role, you will partner with the VP of Fixed Operations. Your focus will be on performance management for multiple stores in Central Canada. Key responsibilities include coaching managers, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with company standards and provincial regulations.
