As a Practice Manager in the VetCare Community, you''ll be the driving force behind a vibrant veterinary team, embodying our core values: Come Together as One Always Focus on the Patient Raise the Bar Engage with Empathy In this role, you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth, engagement, and exceptional client experiences. You''ll use your empathy and problemsolving skills to swiftly resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Daily duties include striving for operational excellence, managing team schedules, and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. You will provide onboarding and coaching to new team members, conduct annual reviews, and offer feedback and support to help the team grow. You will also manage inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice. Additionally, you will promote the practices social media presence, sharing the achievements and insights of your team.
