This role ensures effective lifecycle management of both physical and digital records, supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The Senior Analyst collaborates with business units to strengthen records handling, classification, and retention practices across the enterprise. Responsibilities Support the implementation of records retention schedules and classification frameworks to ensure consistent and compliant management of corporate records. Coordinate records inventory and cleanup initiatives, including management of legacy physical records (e.g., Iron Mountain) and digital repositories. Support records lifecycle management activities, including storage, retention, and disposition, in alignment with policy and regulatory requirements. Ensure all records management practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policy expectations. Partner with business units to improve records handling, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain proper labeling of records. Maintain structured documentation and tracking of records management activities and compliance status. Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes and support organizational readiness for audits and regulatory reviews. Prepare materials for governance forums and support communication of records management status and initiatives to leadership. Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 57 years of experience in records management or information governance. Specific Knowledge & Skills Experience with records retention and disposition frameworks. Familiarity with both physical and digital records environments and management systems. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to records management. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
