WHO YOULL WORK WITH The Enterprise Business Planning Sr. Manager reports to the Director of Planning for Canada and connects strategy to execution across Nikes planning ecosystem. In Canada, this role sits at the center of Demand Planning, Operating Plans, and Performance Management across channels, partnering closely with Nike Canada Finance, Supply Chain, Sport Marketplace, Sales, Business Integration, Merchandising, and North America Enterprise Business Planning to ensure disciplined planning and actionable insights. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Were seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Planning to act as the enterprise integrator and orchestrator of Canadas planning ecosystem. This leader will anchor an integrated planning system that connects strategy to execution across Demand Planning, Operating Plans, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business planning, demand forecasting, and crossfunctional leadership. They thrive in complex, matrixed environments and can translate enterpriselevel planning expectations into clear, executable plans at a geography level. This individual is a confident communicator who shifts planning conversations from reporting to action and a people leader passionate about developing talent and building highperforming teams. This role will lead a team of Demand Planners and partner closely with channel stakeholders across Digital, Nike Marketplace Partners (NMP), and Nike Value Stores (NVS), as well as crossfunctional partners in Canada Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Merchandising. - Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training; advanced degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in business planning, demand planning, integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP), or a related field within retail or consumer goods. - Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a matrixed, crossfunctional environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and demand signals into actionable business insights and tradeoff recommendations. - Proficiency in leveraging POS data and demand signals for planning decisions. - Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools (e.g., SAP/AFS/APO/PRD, Cognos, Tableau), with knowledge of o9 MFP & Assortment Planning solutions as an asset. - High level of proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI and Power Query. - Ability to concisely present complex information and recommendations to diverse audiences. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation. - Ability to travel up to 15%. WHAT YOULL WORK ON You will own and drive Canadas integrated business planning system, ensuring alignment across channels, functions, and enterprise standards. You will lead planning rhythms and deliver insights that enable the business to scale. - Own and lead Canadas Integrated Business Planning & Execution content (IBP, IBE), ensuring risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs are clearly articulated and actioned through leadership decision forums. - Directly manage and develop a team of Demand Planners, anchoring demand planning standards across Sports and Footwear Franchise Allocation with consistency and capability across NMP and Digital channels. - Translate Annual Operating Plan and North America guidance into Canadaspecific seasonal and monthly execution, aligning crosschannel plans into a cohesive operating plan. - Lead scenario planning and tradeoff discussions in partnership with Finance and crossfunctional teams, driving visibility into rolling forecasts, targets, and risk and opportunity management. - Own performance storytelling for Canadas integrated channels, leveraging demand signals, POS insights, and planning outputs to shift conversations from reporting to actionable decisionmaking. - Drive the Canada planning calendar, workbacks, and governance, ensuring clarity on planning roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across teams. - Adopt and activate North America Enterprise Business Planning standards, frameworks, and tools (including o9 Assortment Planning & MFP) within the Canada context, ensuring enterprise alignment with local execution. The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from 109K to 175K. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
