Key Responsibilities: Identify and manage delinquent members in the collection process Assist the Manager with strategic oversight on collections Train and guide team members on effective management practices Liaise with bailiffs and legal counsel for asset recovery Ensure adherence to compliance directives from courts and regulatory bodies Requirements: Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline 2-3 years of collections experience in a financial setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must be bondable and community supportive Utilize your collection expertise to positively impact YNCU and its members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
