Become a key player at Humanoid, developing next-generation humanoid robots as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Your expertise in mechanical design and manufacturing will propel our innovations. This position requires a solid foundation in mechanical design, focused on crafting components like frames and actuators for humanoid robots. You will be expected to apply GD&T standards effectively and conduct thorough mechanical testing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly into robotics systems. Key Responsibilities: Design humanoid robot components using CAD and GD&T Optimize robotic linkages for performance and reliability Research and select materials and manufacturing techniques Lead prototyping efforts using 3D printing and CNC technology Document technical specifications and BOMs accurately Requirements: Strong mechanical design and material science background Proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T principles Experience with 3D printing and CNC machining Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessment processes Effective communicator for project discussions Utilize your skills to contribute to Humanoid's mission of enhancing human potential through robotics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
