Moving from passive targeting to active assistance, from demanding attention to delivering value.The Role Cluep is looking for an Ad Ops Coordinator to join our Toronto team. As an Ad Operations Coordinator you will be expected to oversee, manage, and organize a portfolio of digital ad campaigns and ensure their success. You will also be expected to work alongside internal teams for various projects and reporting requirements. You must be a highly motivated, yet a humble Ad Ops Coordinator to join our team to help build on top of our rapid growth.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of digital ad campaigns, ownership from pre-launch through completion in respect to campaign trafficking, QAing and flighting through Cluep's internal dashboard, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy.Execute media campaign setups for launch that fall within Clueps scope of work, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy.Create and monitor tracking pixels across advertising partners (i.e., DCM, IAS, DV).Verification of trafficking and launch of campaigns.Manage campaign performance, oversee automated optimizations, and make manual optimizations to ensure best possible performance levels within clients stated KPIs and constraints.Provide management report of key campaign statistics (performance, pacing etc.).Work with Engineering and Ad Operations teams to create, implement and test new updates and fixes to Clueps front end dashboard and ad server.Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem, focusing on items relevant to brands and retailers.Provide campaign level insight and recommendations to both internal (Account manager and Sales) and external (Clients) stakeholders.Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.Required Qualifications and Skills:University Degree with analytical/quantitative skills and/or Advertising/Marketing/Media focus preferredMinimum 1 year experience in media trading; programmatic required.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Conditional Formatting, etc).A solid knowledge of technical market standards (JS Tags, Rich Media, oRTB, OMSDK, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, DMP etc.).Understanding of digital campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA's, secondary conversions.Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management.Understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (eg. cookies, ad servers, etc.).Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations, including types of tag, their differences and what to use in certain scenarios.Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify).Familiarity with 3rd party attribution modelling.Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Time off: 3 weeks of paid vacation approx. 2 weeks off during holiday period and 4 extended summer long weekendsSchedule: hybrid work model (3 days in office) with flexible start/end timesWell-being: employer paid extended health benefits and paid sick daysCulture: supportive team environment and inclusive work forceSocial: semi-annual offsite social events, holiday and life event celebrations, quarterly company wide all hands, and more!We are an equal opportunity employer and vow to make any necessary disability-related accommodations, upon request, throughout the entirety of the recruitment and selection process.
