This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for residential and light commercial renovation projects. Involves evaluating existing site conditions, interpreting renovation drawings and scopes, and working closely with project managers, trades, and clients to ensure budgets are realistic and aligned with project goals.Qualifications & Skills:Experience in residential or commercial renovation estimating (preferred)Strong understanding of construction methods, especially in renovation and retrofit projectsAbility to read and interpret drawings, sketches, and scopes of workExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficientlyProficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and other estimating toolsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
