Our Calgary-based client is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the overall operations of the HR Department to support the corporate goals and objectives of the company.Reporting to the COO, the Human Resources Manager will lead the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and development of the company's HR strategies and procedures.Duties:Manage the budget for HR administration and engage the organization to achieve business objectivesHandle the full cycle recruitment of employeesMonitor and evaluate employee performance and initiate any required disciplinary actionOrganize the training of employees in order to ensure workforce flexibility and skills improvementMonitor HR related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency of business processesEnsures compliance with applicable federal/provincial/ municipal laws and regulationsDeliver training programs to the employeesQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or any comparable degree10-15 years HR experienceA CPHR designation is requiredRPR designation preferredExperience with HRIS systems, including applicant trackingAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
