For over 60 years, the Preszler Injury Lawyers has restricted its practice to claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, product liability, sexual assault, wrongful dismissal, accident benefits, disability claims and medical malpractice. Preszler Injury Lawyers only represents Plaintiffs.Position Overview:We are seeking a bilingual (French speaking) Receptionist/Intake Specialist to join our Firm. This is a newly created position with one vacancy. Key Responsibilities:Client and Visitor Management:Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Notify staff members of the arrival of their clients or visitors.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.Telephone and Communication:Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously.Take and relay accurate messages.Perform initial client intake and transfer to the intake team.Scheduling and Appointments:Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring the proper flow of clients to the appropriate staff members.Manage the office calendar, including booking conference rooms and coordinating meetings.Arrange transportation for clients.Administrative Support:Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries.Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and updating records.Support the administrative team as needed.Office Maintenance:Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the reception area and office are well-stocked.Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.Ensure the reception area is always clean and organized. Qualifications:Fluency in English and French (required). Ability to commute to office (required).Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (required).Experience with Personal Injury Law is an asset.Experience dealing a high volume of calls is an asset.Ability to deal with individuals in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.Strong work ethic and organizational skillsAbility to work well individually and as part of a team
