With a strong presence in Fredericton and a growing international footprint, LuminUltra continues to scale its operations to meet increasing demand.Role OverviewThe Distribution Manager is responsible for leading LuminUltras warehouse and distribution operations in Fredericton and ensuring the efficient, accurate movement of products across a global network.This role combines hands-on operational leadership with oversight of logistics coordination, inventory management, and third-party partners. The focus is on execution, team leadership, and the maintenance of reliable, efficient distribution processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including product assembly, order packing, and inventory movementLead and support a team of front-line employees, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and performanceManage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and freight providersCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including required documentation and timelinesEnsure inventory accuracy through strong receiving and tracking processesMonitor operational performance through KPIs and reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteSupport compliance requirements, including export documentation and quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and operational alignmentQualifications & ExperiencePost-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience35 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain environmentsDemonstrated experience leading or supervising a teamExperience working in fast-paced, hands-on operational settingsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of accountabilityClear and effective communication skillsExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is considered an assetFamiliarity with import/export documentation is considered an assetExperience with ERP or inventory management systems is considered an assetWork EnvironmentBased in Fredericton, NB, this is a hands-on role with regular presence required in the warehouse and distribution environment.Why Join LuminUltraThis is an opportunity to join a growing, globally active organization where operations play a critical role in overall success.
