This mid-level position is ideal for applicants who are organized, detail oriented, and have a strong interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.About the RoleAs part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across direct and programmatic channels. You will work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform efficiently, and deliver on client KPIs. This role provides hands-on experience across premium digital media with opportunities for professional development and certifications (Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Meta, IAB, etc.).ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day trafficking, QA, and setup of digital ad campaigns to ensure smooth delivery.Oversee sell-side and programmatic campaigns across display, native, video, and emerging formats.Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery against KPIs and budgets.Troubleshoot technical issues related to trafficking creative, tracking, targeting, and discrepancies.Collaborate with planning and sales teams on presale strategy, inventory checks, and proposal support.Pull, analyze, and interpret campaign data to create performance reports and insights for clients.Support A/B testing, audience targeting, and optimization strategies.Maintain documentation and best practices across campaigns and platforms.QualificationsAdvertising, Marketing, Communications certificate/diploma or equivalent experience.Required SkillsHighly analytical and extremely organized.Strong interest in digital media, programmatic, and advertising technology.Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally within a fast paced team environment.Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns at once.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Proficient in MS Excel; strong overall MS Office skills.Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or tracking pixels is a plus. (not mandatory)Eagerness to learn and grow within ad operations and programmatic media.Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours during key launches or high volume periods.Familiarity with ad serving and DSP platforms an asset.
