You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive experience for every customer.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer ServiceWelcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with placing ordersProvide clear information about menu items, promotions, and special offersResolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience2. Food PreparationPrepare pizzas and other menu items in line with our clients standardsUse kitchen equipment properly and follow all safety proceduresUphold strict food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene practices3. Store OperationsHandle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate receiptsReplenish stock and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortagesEnsure all areas of the store, including kitchen, dining, and restrooms, remain clean and organized4.
