Location Hybrid Our office in Ottawa or Toronto About the team Customers rely on Kinaxis to support complex supply chain operations in highly demanding environments. Escalations Developers contribute directly to this trust by resolving critical issues and enhancing our worldclass supply chain optimization software. As a member of the Escalations Team within the Product Group, you will join a highly motivated, technically skilled team focused on solving complex customer problems. This role requires the ability to read, write, and debug code, with a passion for improving and fixing existing software. You will work closely with core development teams and the customer support organization in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. Using cuttingedge troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques, you will ensure customer installations are stable, performant, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys working across disciplines, and thrives on variety and technical challenge. Salary Range Annual cash compensation ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 plus a discretionary 12% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidates skills and experience. What you will do Coordinate crossfunctional teams to triage and resolve complex customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across stakeholders. Own highlevel defect remediation endtoend by partnering with engineering and support to drive effective fixes. Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot diverse customer configurations delivering highquality, scalable solutions. Operate effectively in a fastpaced environment, consistently meeting demanding customer and business expectations. Partner with global support and development teams to improve product quality and reliability. Shape and strengthen the reliability and agility of the Escalations organization. Serve as a technical mentor, offering guidance and coaching to lesssenior developers while promoting engineering best practices.
