Join a company where you can be involved in shaping the Calgary skyline for the future. The Role CANA ReNew is actively seeking an experienced supervisor to add to their growing healthcare team. The Superintendent is responsible for all work on site and ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget and in accordance with the contract documents. Key Responsibilities Include Accountable for all site safety requirements including contractor management Understand, manage and implement all IPAC requirements as per CSA Standard 317.13; dust control, pathogen containment, hoarding management and air pressure management including knowledge of negative air machines and decontamination procedures for workers Ensure all work on site is conducted safely and efficiently as possible Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and own forces work; review and understand scope of work for all trades and their associated responsibilities Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure forecasted costs and the project schedule are accurate and up to date Work collaboratively with the project teams including clients, architects and consultants Chair regular subcontractor meetings and participate in OAC meetings Ensure site documentation is completed daily including reports, incident reporting, workforce numbers and lookahead schedules Monitor work and materials to ensure QC standards are met Review and approve all own forces timesheets What You Bring Progressive experience in a Superintendent role with a minimum of 5 years successfully completing renovations in a hospital or healthcare facility Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction documents, blueprints and building codes Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership abilities IPAC Z317.13 training together with a Red Seal Certification or equivalent education Previous experience in Procore would be an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
