Join Schlegel Villages as a Registered Practical Nurse, providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment during night shifts. This part-time role fosters resident-centered care and advocacy in Windsor, Ontario. We are seeking a dedicated RPN for temporary part-time nights at our Windsor location. Youll be tasked with maintaining your nursing registration, delivering accurate medication and treatment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of our residents. Your role will also require effective communication and adherence to relevant legislation in long-term care. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications accurately and safely Report health changes to the Charge Nurse promptly Work with physician rounds to adjust care plans Assist in the move-in process for new residents Provide emotional support to residents and families Requirements: Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario Valid Heart Save Level of CPR certification Knowledge of long-term care best practices and regulations Proficient communication and computer skills Experience in dementia care is preferred Support our residents'' journey and enhance their well-being at Schlegel Villages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
