Join Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences as a Registered Nurse in the Forensic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit. Engage in specialized, recovery-focused care for complex mental health patients. As a key member of the interprofessional team, you will provide oversight as charge nurse and participate in the recovery philosophy. You''ll work across various settings, tailoring care to meet the needs of patients while being adaptable to the demands of the Forensic Program. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care across secure, general, and outpatient settings Assume leadership as a charge nurse and in care coordination Advocate for Recovery practices in patient interactions Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Uphold CNO performance standards and related policies Requirements: Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario BCLS and CPR certifications required Understanding of CNO Standards and legislation Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams BScN preferred and shift work willingness necessary Become an integral part of Ontario Shores and contribute to transformative mental health care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
