Take charge of frontline operations as an ICI Operations Manager with Miller Waste Systems. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely service delivery. The ICI Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional line of business. This role requires managing dispatching, driver scheduling, and maintaining productivity standards. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential as you coordinate with maintenance teams and supervise frontline staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily frontline operations to ensure reliable service Manage dispatching, routing, and driver scheduling activities Provide fiscal and operational leadership for Markham District contracts Prepare annual budgets and ensure compliance with regulations Lead operational planning and performance standards oversight Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role Experience in frontline operations, preferably unionized DZ Drivers Licence and clean driving record preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act Lead efficient operations and drive productivity at Miller Waste Systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
