Join our dedicated team at Canadian Surgery Solutions as a Registered Nurse in the PACU. Provide specialized post-anesthesia care in our accredited orthopedic center in Alberta. In this role, you''ll leverage your nursing skills to deliver comprehensive care to patients recovering from surgery. A strong background of at least 5 years in Acute Surgical Nursing, including PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency, is essential. You will also engage in a collaborative practice, enhancing your leadership abilities and supporting your nursing colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Utilize nursing processes for patient assessment and care Employ critical thinking to navigate complex patient situations Mentor and guide fellow nursing staff members Conduct post-operative assessments and medication administration Ensure accurate patient documentation in electronic systems Requirements: Completion of an accredited nursing program Active practice permit from the CRNA Certifications in BCLS-HCP and ACLS 5 years experience in Acute Surgical Nursing Capability for physical patient care tasks Make a significant impact in patient recovery and care as a PACU Registered Nurse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
