Responsibilities Presell store orders and merchandise Old Dutch and affiliate products. Fill store shelves and displays in large format grocery/big box stores. Upsell Old Dutch and affiliated product and build displays for promotional Ad activity. Follow company planogram and promotional calendar at each store. Manage inventory levels and ensure product freshness. Follow an established service schedule. Communicate with the PreSell Delivery Driver for timely deliveries. Operate an iPhone ordering system and be responsible for daily settlements. Service and communicate to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Build relationships with customers. Requirements Sales experience or retail experience is an asset. Minimum Grade 12 education (postsecondary education is an asset) Valid and clean drivers license. (Drivers abstract must be provided) Reliable transportation to get you to and from various locations (Mileage paid where applicable). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective organization skills and can handle multiple priorities. Team player with strong communication skills. Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.) Review sales reports with store management. Able to work Tuesday to Saturday weekly schedule at times.
