Join AgScape as a Teacher Ambassador, delivering vital agriculture education in classrooms across the Niagara Region. This flexible role allows for both in-person and virtual engagement with students. As a Teacher Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in educating students about agriculture through interactive lessons. This position requires creating effective communication with educators to schedule workshops and adapting lesson content based on classroom dynamics. You will also take part in networking to expand the Teacher Ambassador program and promote additional educational resources from AgScape. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and lessons aligned with the Ontario curriculum Coordinate dates and logistics with educators for lesson delivery Adjust teaching methods based on student levels and needs Engage with schools to increase enrollments in the program Share AgScape resources and opportunities with teachers Requirements: Certification or enrollment in a recognized education program Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Initiative to manage your own teaching schedule Comfort with digital tools and technologies for education Valid Vulnerable Screening Sector check required Inspire youth and promote food literacy through AgScapes impactful Teacher Ambassador Program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
