Heres what you can expect when working with us: Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package Supportive and teamoriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors professionally Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Process and monitor daily accounts receivable transactions and reconciliations, including tickets and bills of lading; prepare monthly statements and conduct audits for concrete and aggregates Maintain accounts receivable records, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts Close the credit card terminal at the end of the day and post payments the next morning (EFTs, ETransfers, cheques, or credit card) Process payments made by customers and generate the daily debit/credit card transaction report Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with monthend reporting and documentation Support management and team members with general office tasks Maintain a clean and tidy office, including coffee station, lunchroom, reception, floors, and counters Monitor office supplies, place orders, and manage inventory Maintain corporate phone and email lists and distribute relevant communications Support administrative staff with overflow tasks such as data entry, word processing, and research Demonstrate willingness to learn and maintain positive interactions with customers and coworkers Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or accounts receivable role Strong knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Maintains a positive attitude; selfconfident and selfmotivated, able to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service abilities High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail Assets: Experience in construction, material manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments Basic accounting or bookkeeping training/certification Job Types: Fulltime, Fixed term contract Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
