Join MGF as an International Freight Specialist and manage air and ocean shipping operations efficiently in a hybrid role based in Leduc, Alberta. Your expertise will ensure compliance and facilitate seamless logistics. As part of the Manitoulin Group, MGF is looking for an experienced International Freight Forwarder. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, maintain shipping compliance, and utilize CargoWise for efficient data management. Your proactive communication will enhance service levels and resolve shipping issues. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export of international freight Handle documentation like bills of lading and invoices Manage ocean freight operations including bookings Ensure compliance with customs and trade laws Provide proactive shipment updates to clients Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding Strong understanding of ocean and air cargo regulations Familiarity with CargoWise software is preferred Knowledge of customs procedures for Canada Strong multitasking and organization skills Leverage your skills to support MGF''s expanding international freight operations and client needs across North America. #J-18808-Ljbffr
