Job Description

TempAid is a premier global innovator in temperature-controlled packaging solutions, specializing in cold chain products designed to preserve the integrity of temperature sensitive items. We proudly operate manufacturing facilities in China, Vietnam, the United States, and Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. TempAid is also distinguished as the only ISTA Standard 20 Certified Testing lab in Canada, underscoring our commitment to quality and excellence. Join us and become a part of our exciting growth journey! Why This Role Exists TempAid has built real credibility in this space. We are the only ISTA Standard 20 Certified Testing Lab in Canada. We manufacture across four countries. We support temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and life science products where failure is not an option. The business is growing, and growth at this pace exposes gaps. Not in effort, but in structure. Marketing is moving across campaigns, content, paid media, and events. What is missing is consistency, control, and connection across all of it. This role exists to bring that structure in. This is a handson position. The expectation is to step into the daytoday execution of marketing and make sure it runs clean, organized, and measurable. What You''ll Own Content Production You will produce and refine daytoday marketing assets across channels, including website updates, email content, supporting visuals, and basic creative for campaigns. We have a design team for larger projects. Your role is to handle the daily output that keeps marketing moving without waiting on design cycles. You should be comfortable using Canva and AIassisted design tools to create visuals and simple assets quickly. The expectation is not design perfection. It is speed, clarity, and consistency across everything that goes out. Social Media Execution You will manage daytoday execution across our primary social media channels. This includes scheduling, posting, monitoring, and reporting on performance. Content will come from your own production and existing assets. Your role is to ensure it is deployed consistently and aligned with the direction of the brand. You will create content aligned with the upcoming rebrand while monitoring competitors and the broader cold chain and pharma space for insight. We operate a large production facility and you are expected to use it as a source of real content: images, angles, and moments from actual operations. You will report monthly on performance across channels, focusing on reach, engagement, and consistency. Experience with tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is required. Paid Media and Performance Tracking You will oversee external vendors managing Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social. Execution stays with the vendors. Your role is to understand what is being done, challenge when needed, and ensure performance is being tracked properly. You should have working experience with Paid Search and Paid Social, enough to read reports, ask the right questions, and understand what the numbers mean. Events and Trade Shows Events are a core part of how this business shows up in the market. You will coordinate conferences, trade shows, and webinars, covering timelines, materials, internal alignment, and ensuring the marketing side is ready. The expectation is to take ownership quickly and keep things moving. Campaign Execution You will support the full cycle of campaign execution across email, web, social, and paid. This includes setting up assets, coordinating timelines, and ensuring campaigns are launched properly and tracked from start to finish. Marketing Systems and CRM You will work inside HubSpot to manage contact data, support email campaigns, and maintain list quality. HubSpot integrations are being built out alongside our new website launch. Once live, this role will be central to building campaigns based on incoming leads and customer data. Clean data and proper setup are expected. Website Performance and Management You will support the ongoing management of the TempAid WordPress website, including updating content, coordinating changes, and ensuring the site reflects current campaigns, messaging, and product updates. We are launching a new website and this role will be involved in maintaining it and supporting future improvements. You will monitor performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, with a clear understanding of how users interact with the site, where traffic comes from, and where improvements can be made. Digital Strategy and Performance Alignment You will support the direction of marketing activities across content, social, paid media, and the website, ensuring efforts are aligned with business priorities. You will help connect campaigns to outcomes and review performance across channels to identify what is working, what needs adjustment, and where opportunities exist. External Coordination You will work with freelancers across design, web, and content. Your role is to keep work aligned, delivered on time, and executed properly. Clear communication and follow-through matter here. Who You''ll Work With You will report directly to the Director of Marketing. This is a handson role with real visibility. You won''t be siloed into one function. Over time, you''ll get exposure across creative, strategy, media, content, and web, which is rare at this level. Who We''re Looking For You''ve been in a role where things were moving fast and not everything was structured. You didn''t wait for it to be fixed. You figured it out and kept things moving. You''ve touched different parts of marketing: content, campaigns, tools, reporting. Not as a specialist, but as someone who understands how the pieces connect. You are organized by default. You keep your own work tight without needing to be chased. You care about how things go out because you know they reflect the brand. You are curious about the full picture, not just your task, but how marketing actually works across channels and functions. Experience and Qualifications 3 to 5 years in a digital marketing or communications role Working knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic performance reporting Experience working inside HubSpot for email campaigns, lists, and data management Comfort creating daytoday content using Canva and AIassisted design tools Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite Basic understanding of SEO across onpage, offpage, and technical areas; exposure to SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Strong written communication skills Comfort working with CMS platforms such as WordPress Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or similar A natural interest in creative work and how ideas come to life across channels A formal degree in marketing is not required. We value demonstrated ability, selftaught knowledge, and curiosity over credentials. What TempAid Offers $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience Direct exposure to how a growing global company operates A role where your work is visible and matters The opportunity to help build structure across marketing, not just follow it #J-18808-Ljbffr
