Essential Duties And Responsibilities Creation and management of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for Corporate Indirect Procurement Creation & maintenance of ad hoc reporting for Corporate Indirect Procurement Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to support the assigned locations including purchase order creation and management Manage Strategic Supplier Scorecards and report on trends Maintain Packaging information to support and report on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Programs Review new, and changes to, EPR Programs, and provide guidance to reduce fees associated with EPR Programs Note: The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position. Sustainability Activities Track and report volume and types of packaging EPR reporting To support Sustainability Team with reporting on Sustainable Programs Physical Requirements General office environment with majority of time using computer; prolonged periods of sitting Ability to travel within the US and Canada to work with suppliers and all North American sites Safety, Quality And Hygiene Requirements Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct Performance Expectations Deliver accurate reporting to support datadriven decisions Monitor and communicate upward and downward trends with processes & strategic suppliers Accurate reporting for all EPR Programs, and work crossfunctionally to understand regulatory and compliance changes to EPR Programs Skills And Work Experience Requirements Experience with indirect materials procurement Strong Excel & SAP skills & experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 5+ years of experience in reporting or analysis within manufacturing environment Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office suite Finance experience considered an asset Education Bachelors degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field Career Progression Employees are encouraged to express interest in internal career opportunities throughout Blommer Expectations for promotion or job role change are driven by proficiency and performance in current role Career progression would align to procurement, sustainability, operations, and finance areas Salary Range $92,000-$110,000 CAD Benefits Health, Dental & Vision eligibility begins day 1 of hire! 401(K) Pet insurance Tuition reimbursement 10 pounds of free chocolate for your birthday Blommer Chocolate Company provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
