The Salvation Army is seeking a Behavioral Specialist for its summer day camp program. In this full-time temporary role, you will monitor campers, provide behavioral support, and collaborate with staff to enhance camper experiences. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential in guiding children through their emotional and social development. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support camper behavior management Complete incident reports and risk management tasks Review campers applications and needs for cabin allocations Model positive behaviors and attitudes for campers Collaborate on camper emotional wellness support Requirements: Minimum one year experience with behaviorally challenged children Completed at least one year of post-secondary education Standard First Aid and CPR Certification is an asset Ability to adapt and resolve challenging situations CPI training completion required Support youth in a nurturing environment at The Salvation Army''s Day Camp this summer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
