You will be the key contact on selective eCommerce channels with a Domestic Fulfilment focus, managing sales, promotional and marketing initiatives across the channels. Key objectives Build a direct relationship with the buyers and the Category/Marketing team of the retailer and build a close business relationship with the key decision makers: be their preferred partner. Achieve Zinus quantitative objectives: Hit sales targets for each corresponding account. Manage negotiations of terms and conditions with accounts each year. Contribute to define and implement a strategy to grow Zinus in each locale. Increase Zinus Market share in the retailer, focusing on driving base rate of sale. Increase the conversion of the customer through promotional optimization. In collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Operations, build and sell a detailed promotional plan per period for each client, maximizing the ROI for the company and the image for the brands. Improve the mix to grow account profitability. Review sales, inventory and forecasting reports every week to align and correct the stock level and mainly the out of stocks or over-stocks. Analyse Account performance and make recommendations. Contribute to the definition of the commercial strategy and the forecasting plan of the next 12 months. Master the P&L of the customer to properly quantify the impact of the drift or any action proposed to the customer. Analyse the buyin and the sellout by channel (data sharing and other reports available) and share the key learnings/action plan with the rest of the company. Frequent routine check the online and retail stores of the Account & adapt the assortment by retailer/by locale. Inform about the consumer prices, making sure company follows the updated local laws and regulations. Inform about the competitors activity and initiatives (new products, new merchandising material, etc.). Prepare and report periodic sales forecasts. Identify new opportunities for growth and recommend an action plan. To check the implementation of the planned activities. Frequent collaboration with internal and global team members on different projects. Lead and liaise with internal members to ensure the accounts are in order and fully optimized. Collaborate with internal and global team to ensure eCommerce website content is accurate and up to date (image assets, copy, content copy and competitive pricing) in order to increase the sales and provide a strong shopper experience to online consumers. Training, managing new team members and mentoring where applicable. Providing weekly Sales report and projections to Direct manager and Finance manager on weekly basis. Undertake special projects as assigned, such as delivering samples, setting up samples for sales presentation etc. What youll bring to our team A keen understanding on eCommerce and OMNI channel business model. Experience in supplier terms negotiation and P&L management. Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to develop new opportunities within the channels. Skilled in creating and presenting effective business proposal in polished manner. Must have at least 3 years solid experience of managing business on Wayfair, Home Depot, Walmart or other OMNI/eCommerce channels and know how to navigate within different channels/platforms. Savvy in Domestic channels operations and some Direct import experience. Handson knowledge of Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning. Upbeat personality, possesses strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to multitask and deadlineoriented. High competency with MS suite, Excel skill (Vlookup, pivot table) is a must. Additional analytical skills i.e. PowerBI would be helpful. Comfortable working with new client portals, budgets and numbers, with an ability to organize data, interpret metrics and identify trends.
