ABOUT THE ROLE As a Summer Student, Accounting, youlljoin our Finance team and gain practical experience supporting day to day accounting operations. Reporting to the Accounting Lead, youllwork alongside experienced professionals while building skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial administration. This full time summer role is ideal for a studentwhoscurious about accounting or finance and wants to apply whattheyrelearning in a real world workplace. WHAT YOULL DO Youllsupport the Finance teamin: Accounts Payable Entering vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Making sure invoices have the right documentation and approvals Supporting bi weekly EFT payment processing Helping respond to internaland externalquestions about invoice status Accounts Receivable Assistingwith weekly cheque batches Supporting the creation of invoices and responding to basic inquiries Other Support Assistingwith basic financial research or analysis Helping with invoice filing and record organization Youwontjust beobservingyoullbe contributing and learning as part of the team.
