Direct the Quality Team with a focus on consistent quality standards in the stamping sector. Ensure effective quality assurance processes while promoting a collaborative environment in Tillsonburg. As a Lead Quality Specialist, you will manage Quality associates and oversee their training and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a background in cold stamping and the ability to thrive under pressure. Your role will involve active communication regarding quality concerns, clerical tasks, and audits to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Quality Auditor scheduling Address quality issues collaboratively with production teams Manage quality data entry and documentation Conduct audits of quality processes for improvement Assist in calibrating quality inspection equipment Requirements: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMS tools Knowledge of customer specs and quality assurance Excellent written and oral communication abilities Relevant experience in QA production Forklift license is a plus Drive quality excellence in manufacturing while motivating a dedicated team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
