Lead inventory management at UFA''s Edmonton Distribution Centre as an Inventory Control Coordinator. Ensure high inventory accuracy and efficient resolution of shipping discrepancies for optimal operations. Reporting to the Supervisor of Inventory & Asset Protection, you will oversee all inventory control activities at UFA''s Edmonton site and 3rd Party Warehouse facilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with management on picking and shipping strategies, thorough investigation of inventory variances, and staff training on inventory policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory control processes in Asset Protection Investigate shipping errors from Farm Store/Agent locations Collaborate on picking, shipping, and cycle counting procedures Prepare for yearly inventory audits and lead recounts Train and coach warehouse staff on inventory management policies Requirements: Diploma in business or inventory operations management 3-5 years of experience in inventory management Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office Excel Excellent analytical and communication skills Background in Agriculture or AgriBusiness is a plus Drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency at UFA while fostering collaboration and training within the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
