Join Good Shepherd as a Grief and Bereavement Clinician, providing vital psychosocial support and spiritual care to clients and families. Enhance their quality of life through compassionate, trauma-informed counselling. In this critical role, you will report to the Clinical Manager of Hospice & Palliative Care, focusing on grief and bereavement across various belief systems. You will integrate spiritual care into clinical interventions, collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Your expertise will directly influence care planning and community engagement initiatives that resonate with Good Shepherd''s mission. Key Responsibilities: Provide grief counselling to individuals, families, and groups Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial-spiritual assessments Address complex grief types including traumatic and anticipatory grief Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards Requirements: Masters degree in social work, psychology, or theology 5+ years of clinical experience in mental health or bereavement Registration with OCSWSSW, CRPO, or CPO Ability to apply trauma-informed, culturally safe practices Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Deliver meaningful support and care to individuals navigating grief at Good Shepherd. #J-18808-Ljbffr
