Sakura Gardens seeks a hands-on Team Leader for garden maintenance and installations. Oversee a small crew while ensuring high-quality client service and project outcomes. In this role, you will supervise a team of 2-5 members through various landscaping tasks. Leadership experience and a passion for gardening are essential as you will manage site setup, train new hires, and ensure safety as well as quality standards. Daily tasks include planting, pruning, and operating landscaping equipment.
