Merchandising Associate The Merchandising Associate will take part in achieving our goal of improving and standardizing our product presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This role is responsible for assigned merchandising reset and service-related tasks as outlined in product planograms and other merchandising execution documents. This is a one-year term position to cover a maternity leave, subject to business needs. The role requires reliable personal transportation, with regular travel between the Halifax location (225 Chain Lake Drive) and the Lower Sackville location (888 Sackville Drive). Responsibilities Execution of merchandising resets provided by Planogram Team. Support rollout of merchandising projects for end caps, dump bins, and other promotional spaces. Merchandising seasonal spaces. Executing merchandising plans for special promotions and advertising campaigns. Ensure displays are properly functioning, bay sets are clean, priced, downstocked, frontfaced and detailed. Working hours 6am3pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as per the needs of the business. Qualifications Enjoy merchandising and good with constant change merchandising experience is considered an asset. Light carpentry experience, such as working with hand tools, drills and saws. Organized and detail oriented. Smartphone proficient with the ability to use various apps for bay maintenance and reporting. Prioritize safety at all times. Selfstarter mindset with the ability to collaborate and work closely with the ReSET Team daily. Task and results oriented and can prioritize tasks to be done. Have own reliable transportation for frequent travel between work locations in Lower Sackville and Halifax (Bayers Lake). CSA approved steeltoed boots are required. 18+years of age with the ability to work at heights due to machine training requirement.
