Position Details Job Title: Full-time Mobile Officer Site: HRM Payrate: $17.55 Schedule: 4-Day On, 4-Day Off; 20000700 Hrs Key Responsibilities Making accurate reports and memos regarding all incidents Mobile surveillance Completing site inspections following alarm response, using the Track Tik tour confirmation system during every shift Performing unlock and lockups of various premises Responding professionally to requests from Client Service Managers and Field Managers on a regular basis Responding professionally to requests from potential new clients Monitoring situations, cameras, property and events as per Site Post Orders Sustaining effective relationships with the Paladin Management Team Maintaining clean fleet vehicles and ensuring cars do not run low on fuel Key Inventory Patrolling specific areas via Paladin Patrol vehicle, responding promptly to calls for assistance and escorts Patrolling specific areas on foot Relaying complaints and incident information to Paladin Management Completing inspections of clients buildings and properties to ensure compliance with rules and regulations Photographing potential incidents and accident scenes Performing healthcare night coverages as assigned Prerequisites Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers License with a minimum of 5 years driving experience Ability to provide a Drivers Abstract for the past three years Ability to obtain a Security License for the province of Nova Scotia Valid Intermediate First Aid & CPR Level C (from a CSAapproved vendor) English (oral and written) fluency is a must Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications may opt into Paladins UoF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding to meet the position requirements Paladin will cover all costs of the UoF/MOAB training with a 6month commitment to the position Benefits Your paycheck, available on your schedule daily pay offered Opportunities for training and professional development Competitive wage and benefits package Free uniforms Companypaid Security license Dry cleaning, hemming and tailoring allowance Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and paid holidays Education Requirements Grade 12 or GED equivalent Certification Requirements Intermediate First Aid/CPR C and Valid Class 5 License Additional Information / Benefits Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we care!
