Department: Marketing Employment Type: Temporary Requisition ID: 1692 Date Posted: April 23, 2026 Closing Date: May 7, 2026 or until filled Job Summary The Ecommerce Content Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional online customer experience across UFAs digital commerce channel. This role is responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining accurate, engaging, and brandaligned product and content assets on UFA.com. Working closely with merchandising, product category managers, and external partners, the coordinator ensures that product information is uptodate, optimized for search, and supports conversion and customer satisfaction. This is a 8 month temporary position. Responsibilities Ecommerce Product Content Management Create, upload, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, attributes, categories, images, videos, and documentation. Review and refine vendorsupplied content to meet UFA standards for accuracy, consistency, and brand tone. Ensure all product data is complete, enriched, and optimized for search and filtering. Website Content Coordination Publish and update web pages, promotional content, banners, and landing pages using the content management system (CMS). Assist with coordinating seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and merchandising priorities on the ecommerce site. Maintain digital content calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Quality Assurance & Site Health Conduct regular site audits to identify issues with broken links, missing attributes, formatting inconsistencies, or SEO gaps. Collaborate with IT and platform teams to troubleshoot content-related issues. Test new site features and content updates as part of release cycles. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on newly released functionality and features. Search & Conversion Optimization Apply ecommerce SEO best practices to product and category content. Analyze onsite search data and identify opportunities to improve results, synonyms, and product discoverability. Monitor merchandising performance (page views, CTR, conversion) and recommend enhancements. CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with category managers to ensure product accuracy and timely content updates. Support the Digital Marketing team on campaign execution and promotional readiness. Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty content providers for asset delivery and enrichment. Asset & Documentation Management Maintain content libraries including images, videos, spec sheets, safety data sheets (SDS), and manuals. Ensure all assets meet legal, brand, and quality requirements. Qualifications Diploma or bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, Digital Media, or related field and/or 13 years of experience in ecommerce content management, digital merchandising, or CMS operations. Experience in retail, agriculture, industrial supply, or B2B ecommerce is an asset. Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify, Magento, or similar). Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a strong asset. Basic understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, data cleanup, attribute mapping). Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong written communication and ability to write clear, customerfriendly product content.
