Job Title

Provide compassionate maternity care as a Midwife with Southern Health-Sant Sud in Steinbach. This role emphasizes autonomous practice and collaboration to support expectant mothers and newborns. In this temporary position, you will deliver safe and flexible maternity care across various settings. Serving as the primary care provider, you will support women during the childbearing year and ensure continuity of care postpartum. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in alignment with the Midwifery Model of Practice and the guidelines of the College of Midwives of Manitoba. Key Responsibilities: Deliver maternity care in homes, clinics, and hospitals Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams Provide postpartum support for mothers and newborns Exercise initiative in work prioritization and methods Ensure adherence to policies and practice standards Requirements: Graduate from CMM-approved midwifery program Current BLS and NRP certifications Active registration with the College of Midwives of Manitoba Strong leadership and organizational skills Valid Class 5 driver''s license and insured vehicle Use your expertise to enhance maternal care within a culturally diverse environment at Southern Health-Sant Sud. #J-18808-Ljbffr
