DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Expectations Maximise sales and awareness of promotional programs Possess a selling is fun attitude Promote sales of beauty products Promote sales through encouraging customers to participate in the PC Optimum program CUSTOMER SERVICE Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service Actively model the desired behaviour with eClienteling to provide superior customer service Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program Actively promote and book appointments for in-store events OPERATIONS Exhibit and promote the companys products and services Attend appropriate vendor schools Attend workshop/education sessions Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards GENERAL Comply with all health and safety regulations Comply with all store policies and procedures Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure they are executed in the department Act professionally at all times Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS Planning, judgement and decision making Independent thinking and decisions Selling skills in cosmetics/luxury goods EXPERIENCE Proven consultative skills to provide information Selling experience with a proven track record Good knowledge of various beauty products and services available Ability to conduct sitdown makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application Strong communication skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb a ladder Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves Accommodation is available upon request for applicants and colleagues with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
