This position supports teaching and therapeutic interventions this summer. Future Foundations Academy is hiring a Case Manager for its extended school year program from June 29 through August 7, 2026. The candidate must hold a Masters degree in education and relevant New Jersey certification. You''ll engage with students, teachers, and families to ensure effective implementation of educational plans and provide crisis intervention as needed.
