Applicants must have experience in education or youth leadership, alongside a commitment to fostering a positive environment for students aged 14-17. Key activities involve overseeing evening duties, advising students, coaching sports, and collaborating with educators to ensure student wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled evening duty shifts and supervision Mentor Grade 9 students in weekly sessions Coach sports for two terms and attend games Provide classroom teaching coverages as necessary Facilitate House events and activities participation Requirements: Degree in Education or related teaching experience Sports coaching or arts experience is beneficial Strong communication, mediation, and adaptability skills Experience with adolescents aged 14-17 First aid, CPR, and mental health training are an asset Support student growth and inclusivity at Ridley College. #J-18808-Ljbffr
