As a Summer Student Production Associate, you will engage in assembling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment, gaining practical experience in a teamwork-oriented environment. The role involves operating various tools while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Operate tools for window and door assembly Safely monitor product quality and address concerns Prepare materials and conduct inspections Participate in improvement initiatives Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE Requirements: Must be a college or university student Available for full-time summer work Physically able to handle medium to heavy lifting Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred Willingness to learn with a positive attitude Develop skills and gain industry experience while working in a collaborative setting at North Star. #J-18808-Ljbffr
