The role identifies new business opportunities, collaborates with internal teams, and represents the company to expand its market presence while supporting longterm partnerships and enhancing the companys reputation. Your DaytoDay Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the companys client base in insulation, drywall, paint, spray foam, siding, and roofing services. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Conduct regular followups with clients to understand their evolving needs. Network with industry professionals and attend events to generate leads. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for business expansion. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual benefit. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Work with all team members and divisions as needed. Uphold and protect highquality standards of Empire Envelope and ensure all work meets or exceeds those standards. Represent Empire Envelope when dealing with builders, homeowners, and trades. Ideal Candidate Strong communicator clear in conversation, writing, and persuasive presentation. Knowledge and technical understanding of the residential housing industry. Minimum five years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship role, preferably in construction or insulation. Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Satisfactory verification of a criminal record check. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
