St. Lawrence Village, 3 Leaside Drive, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada Job Description The Maintenance Technician will live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings. This is an existing vacant position within the organization. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs around the property. Respond to resident service requests and provide excellent customer service. Clean common areas and maintain a professional appearance. Support mechanical systems and conduct routine inspections. Operate and drive small vehicles, such as tractors. Handle heavy lifting and snow removal duties as needed. Qualifications Background in residential property management or related experience. Strong customer service and selling skills. Excellent communication skills with residents, prospects, colleagues, and trades. Professional and presentable appearance at all times. Basic computer and keyboarding skills. Aptitude for mechanical systems and minor repairs. Demonstrated cleaning skills. Ability to lift and push 50-100 lbs, including garbage bins, furniture, and appliances. Benefits Base Compensation of $47,000, including an apartment suite (taxable benefit). Employerpaid benefits.
