The Production Manager will play a critical role in advancing manufacturing performance by engaging with teams on the shop floor, optimizing process controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional partners across the business, the Production Manager will implement and guide progressive manufacturing systems while standardizing work for consistency and repeatability. With a visible, floor-focused presence, the Production Manager will coach and mentor teams, clearly communicate priorities, and lead change initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Our ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership experience within machining, fabrication, and assembly operations, preferably within metal product manufacturing. A strong passion for Lean Manufacturing is essential, along with the ability to share best practices and support the practical application of Lean tools and methodologies.
