Come Together as One Always Focus on the Patient Raise the Bar Engage with Empathy Responsibilities Strive for operational excellence and manage team schedules. Support talent acquisition by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs. Provide onboarding, coaching, annual reviews, feedback, and support for team growth. Manage inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice. Maintain and enhance social media presence. Qualifications Veterinary industry knowledge and/or project management experience. Clinical experience (bonus). Team management/supervisory experience (2-3 years). HR management experience. Veterinary software systems knowledge. Financial/budget management experience. Strong business acumen. Communication excellence. Change management experience. Flexibility to work varied hours. Feedback skills. Conflict resolution skills.
