Job Description

THE ROLE We are looking for a client-centric, strategic leader with a passion for music to join our Brand Partnerships team and lead a team of people and their portfolio of partnerships. Reporting to the VP, Brand Management, the ideal candidate will be an experienced integrated marketer who will lead a high performing team, establish a successful culture and excel at finding solutions while delivering best in class execution and building strong relationships both internally and externally. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Lead an account team responsible for managing an extensive and diverse portfolio of Live Nation Canada brand partners. Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders. Senior lead in handling partnership-related negotiations and sponsorship deliverables including discussions related to retention and partnership renewals. Analyze data and offer insights to optimize partner programming and campaigns. Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to leadership. Assume responsibility for budget management and margin accountability across our partnership business. Lead initiatives related to culture setting, employee development programs, talent evaluation, and broader corporate priorities. Lead with creativity and solution-oriented thinking to align with the fluid environment of live events. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or similar field. Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment with demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships. Interest & knowledge of music industry, marketing, and/or entertainment. Experience in experiential marketing and/or event production. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Exceptional client/customer service. Entertainment industry experience is considered a strong asset. Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours for events and festivals.
